Client Dashboard — Decision Centre

The dashboard's command hub for wishlists, AI comparison, market signals and invest/withdraw actions — helping investors decide which asset to act on next.

Client Dashboard — Decision Centre — case study preview
Overview

The Decision Centre helps investors answer one question: “I own multiple assets — which one should I act on, and what should I do?” I designed it as the command hub for wishlists, AI comparison, market signals and invest/withdraw actions, within the broader OpenEstate dashboard I designed in full (Portfolio, Wallet, Messages, Rewards, Settings) — this case study focuses on where the real UX challenges live.

The challenge

Most dashboards show what you own. None show what to do next. Investors needed side-by-side property comparison, real-time market signals instead of raw data, and direct invest/withdraw action without context switching — with data overload and decision paralysis as the ever-present risk.
